What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic modality designed to reduce the emotional and physical reactivity associated with traumatic memories and adverse life events. I offer EMDR in conjunction with talk-therapy to help clients integrate and heal from difficult life experiences that continue to negatively effect daily functioning, relationships to others, and conceptualization of self.
I am an EMDR trained clinician through the EMDR institute. For more information about this treatment modality, please visit: www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr
